TOO MUCH explores the notion of brutal overexcitement that constantly absorbs the human interaction that is tested live through this performance.
Researching the issue of liminal space and proximity or how to manage proximity, a discourse on the reclaim of space and freedom is being formed. An expressive language, starting from various verbal, visual and physical codes rooting to underground cultural elements is being created and shared in the condition of a “dance-battle” and is activated through a hybrid and spontaneous musical dj set.
The performance took place in a abandoned basketball court in the area of Moschato, Athens.
It has been created as a space specific performance that can be applied to different performative formats.
